This website does not use first-party analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, or account registration.

The Parallel Code desktop app runs locally on your machine. The project does not operate a hosted proxy for your prompts, repository contents, terminal sessions, API keys, or agent outputs.

Parallel Code may store local app settings, task metadata, branch/worktree paths, and session state needed to reopen your workspace. That data stays on the device unless you choose to share it through Git, GitHub, an issue report, or another service.

AI agents and command-line tools you run from Parallel Code may send prompts, code, logs, or terminal output to their own providers. Those transfers are controlled by the agent tool and provider you configure, not by Parallel Code servers.

The website and app may request public release metadata, repository pages, or download files from GitHub. Those requests are handled by GitHub under GitHub's own privacy terms.

If you contact the project through GitHub issues or discussions, the information you post is handled by GitHub and is usually public.
